The François Rabelais gourmet restaurant is open to everyone.
The Brasserie is exclusively reserved for students and internal staff of the establishment. We remind you of our days, opening hours and menu prices:
Monday to Friday noon:
- public reception between 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.
- mini card with daily menu at 16.00 Euros excluding drinks
Thursday and Friday evening:
- public reception between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
- menu at 26 Euros minimum excluding drinks (except exceptional evenings, check the list of evenings)
Closed during public holidays and school holidays

Please note: each year, restaurant prices can be changed after the autumn holidays (subject to the votes of the establishment's CA). A particular educational project, vagaries of delivery or the unpredictable increase in basic foodstuffs can affect our selling prices or the composition of the menus advertised.

Our pupils and students are learning in the kitchens and the educational restaurant which are classrooms. The entire teaching team, counts on your kindness to accept any qualitative variations which can be explained by the purely educational nature of our retsaurant. Every year, our services are appreciated by a large number of you. We remain at your disposal to study your possible requests.
